About the position –
We are seeking a highly organized, business-minded Executive Assistant with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (or a related field). This role blends high-level executive support with sales and marketing initiatives to help drive company growth and strengthen client relationships. The position is based in Laurel, MD, and includes occasional travel to client locations in the DMV area.
GENERAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle confidential correspondence.

Draft, proofread, and edit reports, proposals, and presentations.

Monitor the CEO’s email and delegate tasks as needed.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing campaigns, proposals, RFPs, and business development initiatives.

Maintain client database (CRM) and track sales leads.

Support website updates, social media content, and client presentations.
Client Relations
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, clients, and vendors.

Address client service requests promptly (typically within 24–48 hours).

Build relationships to increase renewals, expand existing accounts, and identify new sales opportunities.
Operations & Project Management
- Organize corporate and off-site meetings, company presentations, and community events.

Oversee administrative processes in HR, payroll, finance, facilities management, and procurement.

Track budgets, prepare financial reports, and assist with expense approvals.
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field (required).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities services.

Familiarity with digital marketing, RFP writing, and event coordination.

Experience: 3+ years in executive support, office management, or business operations.

Strong business acumen with a background in sales and marketing.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools.
